What if I have to return a product?
Return delivery costs are at purchaser’s expense for change of mind, or exchange of size / flavour.
On the rare occasion where you receive the wrong product, or your product is faulty, Online Sports Store will reimburse your shipping costs.
How long do I have if I need to exchange a product?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
To ensure that you are, we offer a 100 day refund or exchange policy on all full priced items – no questions asked (applies to used and as new items).
100 day exchange on sale price items (refund will only be issued for faulty sale product).
Product Stock Levels
Occasionally, some products will not be in stock. If this does occur, we will let you know as soon as possible and either offer to refund your payment, suggest an alternate product, or advise you as to when the product will be available.
What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
If you can’t be at home when your order arrives, it’s most likely that the delivery person will leave a card in your letterbox.
The instructions will ask you to collect your delivery from the local post office or call the delivery company to arrange a more suitable time for the order to be delivered.
Alternatively, you can leave a note in the shipping details if there is a safe place for where you would like the order to be left. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the safe delivery of your order without a confirmation / signature of delivery.
What if my shipping address is a PO Box?
Online Sports are able to ship to PO Boxes for deliveries within Australia.
How much does the shipping cost?
There is an $15.00 charge Flat Rate Shipping for all orders.
