All our sports products over $50 ship for free within Australia. We don’t bundle the shipping costs into the price of the product, we simply pay for it ourselves. We only offer standard shipping at this time for all orders. This means delivery within 5 business days of ordering, but often in as little as 2-3 business days. Please be aware that the major shipping agent we use – Australia Post – count business days as Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are usually shipped out the same-day. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will be emailed shipment confirmation. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order fulfillment, you’ll be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.
We offer a no-hassle 30 day return policy for all purchases, and no restocking fees for items returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us and request an individual RA number and return shipping address.
Please do not return merchandise without requesting an RA number or verifying the shipping address. Doing either of these will result in significant delays in processing your return. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:
Returns for a Refund
Products returned for a refund must be in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging. Products must be in brand new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, but are ineligible for return once used.
While Online Sports Store ensures delivery of your order in perfect working condition, any issues arising after the product has been used are covered by the manufacturer warranties.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. For larger items including bike trainers, the customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned shipments as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged.
Replacement inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the defective product. While Online Sports Store ensures delivery of a new and working product, issues arising after the product has been used are covered by the product warranties, regardless of the time period.
Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage
In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
