Online Sports Store works with Australia Post to get your goods to you via eParcel. We recommend you have your packages delivered to an attended address such as your work, as a signature is required on delivery.
Home, business and PO Box addresses are accepted.
Rural areas may experience longer shipping periods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
To ensure that you are satisfied, we offer a 100 day refund or exchange policy on all full priced items – no questions asked (applies to new items).
100 day exchange on sale price items (refund will only be issued for faulty sale product).
Return delivery costs are at purchaser’s expense for change of mind, or exchange of size / flavour. On the rare occasion where you receive the wrong product, or your product is faulty, Online Sports Store will reimburse your shipping costs.

Drop the package off at your local Australia Post Office. We recommend you send it Insured Registered Post for peace of mind.
Once received, Online Sports Store will process your Return / Exchange in the fastest possible timeframe.
You will receive a confirmation email once processed, and Online Sports Store will refund or send out your exchange.
Online Sports Store is not responsible for the cost of Return / Exchange item postage or insurance. Online Sports Store will not take responsibility for Return / Exchange items lost in postage – it is your responsibility to send it Registered and Insured.
